About the Speaker: Ania Wojtkowska (Founder, Living Veggie by Ania)

Originally from Poland, Ania has been living in Singapore for seven years. In 2017, she started developing and expanding the awareness of healthy eating & plant-based diets. To promote her goal, she launched her company - LivingveggiebyAnia.

She graduated from Cornell’s Plant-Based Nutrition course by Dr. Colin Campbell. She also took Plant-based nutrition from Winchester University (UK). In addition, she has experience in numerous cooking schools across Asia and honed her culinary skills.

With easy-to-follow online cooking courses, nutritional workshops, private online consultations, and her Plant Power Academy - she spreads awareness about vegan food that it's not only healthy but tasty too! She will teach you that healthy food is easy to prepare and can change the quality of our life!

Implementing the same food philosophy, Ania is also a consultant for global restaurants where she helps develop and include vegan options in their menu.
