Persian cuisine might be famous for its kebabs, but we will show you that it can be "veganised", healthy and yummy. The class is suitable for vegetarians, vegans, people with gluten intolerance and everyone who want to learn these delicious new cuisines!

We will prepare 3 amazing dishes from scratch with wholesome ingredients:

* Ash Reshteh - One of the most popular soups in Iranian cuisine. A unique blend of herbs and often served during Persian New Year’s festivities.

* Kashk-e Bademjan - This is the most famous Persian dip! This dish is made of eggplants, walnuts, and homemade dairy-free cream.

* Fesenjoon (Persian stew) – A real explosion of flavours! A blend of walnuts and pomegranate creates this memorable dish!

* Learn how to prepare a healthy balanced meal
* Discover how to make vegetables as the "star" of your dish.
* Uncover how to create Persian flavours from ingredients available in Singapore to recreate a Persian feast at home!
* Grasp the basics of plant-based nutrition and gain an understanding of how to balance your diet

About the Speaker: Ania Wojtkowska (Founder, Living Veggie by Ania)

Originally from Poland, Ania has been living in Singapore for seven years. In 2017, she started developing and expanding the awareness of healthy eating & plant-based diets. To promote her goal, she launched her company - LivingveggiebyAnia.

She graduated from Cornell’s Plant-Based Nutrition course by Dr. Colin Campbell. She also took Plant-based nutrition from Winchester University (UK). In addition, she has experience in numerous cooking schools across Asia and honed her culinary skills.

With easy-to-follow online cooking courses, nutritional workshops, private online consultations, and her Plant Power Academy - she spreads awareness about vegan food that it's not only healthy but tasty too! She will teach you that healthy food is easy to prepare and can change the quality of our life!

Implementing the same food philosophy, Ania is also a consultant for global restaurants where she helps develop and include vegan options in their menu.
